I also ordered a PS5 and up till now I still haven't received it. how do we go about getting out money back from our banks? Surely these re the checks are bank cards should be making no? Does FNB bank support online transactions?

I ordered a ps5 on the 27th of November, nothing has been delivered. Requested for a refund nothing has been received as yet. Their phone goes to voicemail.

Hi, I also ordered from them a xbox one and then found out its a scam, I tried to get a refund from Standard Bank but was advised that the account has been emptied and that I should try and get my money bank via a criminal case.

I think the foreigners are behind this

Jerr! These Craycart is definitely a scam I ordered Smeg Toaster on 29/11/2020 and till today I have not received it. I tried several times to send emails to check progress with no luck.

I ordered from them and since yesterday they're page does not work

I have the same issue. Waiting to find out when my order will be delivered. I ordered on 29 Nov. They are not responding to my emails, the website is down and the number goes to voicemail but the voicemail box is full so you can't even leave a message.

I placed my order the 24th of November but I went to the bank today and now they are investigating

they promised delivery friday and nobody answers that telephone. Sounds fake and a scam

People are getting their refunds if they request it! everyone knows there's no PS5 stock, so don't sink the ship before they've had a chance o either deliver or disappoint, the guys that ordered and expected delivery immediately were and are being unrealistic and freeking out, if they don't deliver and they don't refund then sure go mad but even the chops on Hello Peter got their refunds

I had bought their ps5 offer and after doing research believed they were scamming me. Tried calling but no answer, took a chance and mailed asking for a refund and they processed it. Rather mail and ask for a refund if you are skeptical than completely give up

Yhoo I had already ordered. I let my gut down when I saw Jhb contact no and adress.....and ordered ps5 after the reviews am trying to come to terms w the fact that I lost R12 k just like that very sad but we learn.!!

I've ordered from this company and spoke to them today. WE all know that the PS5 is NOT available now and stock will arrive in Jan.
Give these guys a chance NOT to deliver or DELIVER these antI Craycart sentiments are all based on ps 5 orders. IF you are stupid enough to order and expect it when there's clearly no stock, DONT PANIC AND IF YOU ORDER YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO WAIT. If they don't deliver we then open a case of fraud that simple they have a bank account with is registered with FNB which has directors etc etc

So if you ordered a dvd or led screen and are still waiting and your money was taken then fair enough panic !!! but if you all concerned about PS5 orders then you should be smart enough and wise enough to know stock is short world wide there's a wait
if you want to pay and wait then do that BUT DONT PANIC IF THEY TAKE YTOURE ORDER AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT

Bro! I just called them as well. They said stock arrives on the 15th of December. I then checked out hello peter and reviews - I now believe that they are scammers and should be reported

The fact that PS5 is almost sold out not only in RSA but internationally, and these guys inventory seems to be unlimited made me uneasy. I called them and upon asking them for their physical address, they were quick to point out that you can not walk into their offices. Upon pushing further, they indicated that they have an office at Stoneridge Office Park, however it was a Call Centre. They say their Call Centre is closed for December holidays as of the 27th of November. Upon asking how they can still have stock when everyone does not, they then gave explanation that they also ran out of stock and only pre-ordering was open, for that expected delivery time was 15/16 December 2020. I do not trust this site or establishment, so will not order anything.

I also messaged them and they told me the PS5 will be in the country by 10th December. I felt very uneasy about this company and I had a look at their website. It all seems legit until I looked at their contact details page. They had an overseas number as a contact and another email address other than the one I receive emails from. I told them I am very skeptical and asked them why they have an overseas number and on the top of their page is an 011 number. Trust me within 10 minutes when I checked their website again, that overseas number was removed. So scam I agree
