I purchased 2 x The safest smart cat litter cleaning boxes in November 2020. Been in contact with them and they keep telling me they have already been delivered but they will send me more or give me 30% refund. How do you get your money back from them?

Do not use this shop - relhlmjnhq.shop - proper fake store. Its chinese counterfeit items, I ordered a Bin and they send me some cheap chinese £2 worth of watch, so they can look into the books that the item has been delivered. refund case ongoing - but not worth it as we are the ones that lose out on money.

its a scam. I ordered a compression bin and after two months got a wrist watch that even a pound shop be embarrassed to sell, managed to get through to them and they want you to return the watch at my cost after they receive and check it they will refund my money, but they will only refund the item cost not the expensive postal cost which could take a few months their words not mine. no matter what I lose the return cost and and original delivery so I lose more money that what the actual item cost....scam

Same thing happened to me, my refund is being processed by paypal. Do contact your bank or paypal by providing this website for scammer you will get the funds back.

This is a Scam website. It takes about 2 month to deliver something cheap instead of the products you order. It is charged using Paypal. So it's difficult for bank to track their transactions.

Have not received my ice maker yet!
