I ordered size 10 1/2 shoes for my husbands birthday. When they arrived, they looked really nice and well made. UNFORTUNATELY, EBestever 10 1\2 IS NOT A US 10 1\2!!! I had two other men that were 10 1/2 try them on and they could not even get them over the bow of their foot. I emailed EBesteve the problem. First email from them, they right out stated that I DID NOT CHECK THE SIZE CHART. OF COURSE I DID!!! 2nd email stated that I can send the shoes back to CHINA AND PAY FOR IT. THEN THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER SIZE. $175.00 to send it back to China. So their 3rd email after my yelling in my last email was, get a 10% off my total ($11.73) off my $60.00 purchase and then a 20% gift certificate off my next order. THEY KNOW I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AND THE WHOLE 11.73 thing was what I paid for shipping.SO NOTHING FROM THEM. THERE IS NOTHING STATING THEY ARE FROM CHINA AND THEIR RETURN POLICY STATES NOTHING OF HAVING TO PAY FOR RETURNS. THE HAVE FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEY HAVE. ERY POOR PRODUCTS AND THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. THEY ARE A SLEEP WHEN WE ARE AWAKE. THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE BUSINESSES WHO GIVE ALL BUSINESSES FROM CHINA AND JAPAN A REALLY BAD NAME!!!!
