I purchased a bracelet for my boyfriend. It was suppose to be an antique bronzed vegvisir and it was suppose to come with a Viking love note. Received the bracelet over a week later than they said with no note, and the bracelet itself was some kind of plastic glass enclosed vegvisir. Looked like a child's bracelet. Contacted the company they apologized, but then never responded to any more emails trying to exchange or get the return information. They are a complete scam. NEVER order from them.
_I purchased a bracelet from Engravingift and it took me 13 days to receive it. They sent me a child’s bracelet, and when I ordered zI assumed it would be for an adult. There wasn’t any size request on the order. I emailed them and they told me they were sorry ,that’s what I ordered. They didn’t even send me the card that goes with it. I asked to exchange it, haven’t heard anything. . They are listed as scammers, so be ware.
I ordered from this site. First time I received my order. Second go around I was making an order for a charm to go with the bracelet I already purchased. I paid for it and received a tracking number but the order was return to sender because they didn’t add my apartment number. I have tried to contact them many times and my emails do not go through. DO NOT BUY FROM ENGRAVINGIFT!
DO NOT order from this company. It’s a total scam. I did even tap the order button and the order went through, no review order or any other opportunity to back out. They tacked on $5 gift box automatically that I didn’t order. The website said 3-5 days, what a joke. 3-5 months maybe. It hasn’t even left China and it’s been 2 weeks. Christmas is long gone and no Christmas stocking. Learned a hard lesson here but I hope I can keep you from making the same mistake. Don’t consider this company, it’s a scam.
I ordered a mens bracelet, put the personalized names on it and the fastener broke just right out of the box. Hadn’t even had a chance to put it on the wrist. Now I have to see if someone sells that kind of fastener. Will try to contact seller. Wish me luck!!
