Shoptimized is not a scam, but its logo is being used illegally by fake and fraudulent online stores. If you ordered an item from an online store with the Shoptimized logo and haven’t received it, please note that Shoptimized™ does not own any online stores trading under that name. Shoptimized is a software business and there are fraudulent stores operating using their trademark illegally.
Shoptimized doesn’t have a relationship with the fake and fraudulent stores to be able to stop the scammers who are operating them and shut them down. The perpetrators have devised a system of quickly opening stores and closing them again once they have taken people’s money. As soon as they close one store, they open another clone of it on a new domain.
It seems that the perpetrators are based either in South America or the Far East which makes it almost impossible to prosecute them.
Shoptimized is notifying Shopify’s Risk Department (the e-commerce platform these stores are built on) each time they discover a new store. Shopify shuts the fraudulent stores down but unfortunately, a new store is opened immediately to rip-off more unsuspecting people.
Sadly, it seems you will never receive your order so your only recourse is to contact your credit/debit card provider or PayPal to file a chargeback/dispute to have your money refunded.

I just did this order in Spotimized and the shipping address is the wrong location. I couldn't get anyone to talk to or cancel. Worst experience and I wish I didn't buy from this site. It is the same logo you see at the fake stores. The fake stores are using Shoptimized's logo illegally.
I think I just ordered from one called Cate.life. Shoptimized. I have an order number and it’s been a week with no tracking number sent. I just sent an email...and as someone said...it’s a gmail account. Ugghh. Looks like I’ll have to call my bank.
Yeah I never received either. I bought a switch and never got it.
I have ordered four items from Shoptimized and have not received any of them. Of coarse I ordered expecting a tracking number but didn't receive one. I did send a request for one but haven't received one. I am now wondering how to go about getting my money returned. How is it these crooks are allowed to get away with these fraudulent scams. I feel facebook should be accountable for letting them on the sight without first qualifying them as a legitimate company.

glzpol.myshopify.com is on the Facebook ads today, 3/21/2020. They almost got me 😒 when it’s too good to be true, it’s probably bullsh**t.
I got scammed and the bank told me if you order anything from facebook make sure they accept Paypal so you are covered
You would think PayPal by now would be wise to this and stop letting people buy stuff from them.
taikeaile.myshopify.com - I came across this website whilst online shopping for furniture. I found no contact information, phone numbers, and a very shady looking email address from a Gmail account. Ugh, I hate fake, well, anything...and people setting up fake site/accounts/ just to steal people's hard-earned money ...is the worst. Thanks for the information.
