Lolovee located at lolovee.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution and open a dispute with them to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I was going to place an order with this company and hit the send button before I was ready. I called and emailed this company about 15 minutes later to cancel the order which they confirmed receiving the cancellation by email on their letterhead. (Dates and times are recorded on copies).Awhile later that same day they said they couldn't guarantee the cancellation to which I responded for them not to send the item as it would be refused.Approximately 4 weeks later the item was sent to my mail box and returned to the post office directly, unopened and labeled "REFUSED". The post office returned the item to the sender on June 1, 2021. (I did not pay to have it returned because the order was immediately cancelled and I should not have had to pay for their mistake.) Now my credit card company will not reverse the charges and the company has not given me a refund.No phone number and a fake address for this company.
