Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods, different items from they have ordered, or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Ordered something with express postage nearly 1 month ago and it is still in the US "apparently" that was going by the tracking number. So glad I used PayPal to pay. People like this belong in prison!

I ordered 2weeks ago with Granddaughter name on it nothing and I have been trying to find out about my order but just got run around. I will never take the chance again with this company. Now I have to go buy gift and mail it .

Ordered a sign a month ago and still waiting for it. Left a negative comment on one of their Facebook ads which was promptly deleted and followed by a private message on FB Messenger. This is what I get for ordering anything on Facebook. Never again.
Our fire pit sign arrived in country NSW and we were happy with it - needed a decent metal stake welded to it and now sits proudly in front of the pit area.
There is no way to contact this company. If you receive something in error, it's just your tough luck. I did receive basically what I ordered, but the picture is not as shown in the offering -- colors are completely different and the woman in the advertised item even has on different clothes! Also the writing is in different colors than shown. I would never had ordered this if it was shown like the one I received -- colors are totally wrong for our home and I hate it!! Again, you have 10 days after receipt of the item to ask for any refund or exchange and I have spent a lot of time on this and there is NO WAY to contact them through the options that they give you. What a SCAM!!
This company "appears" to be a mum and pop operation out of the USA/UK, selling quality signs etc. This is absolutely incorrect. They are a chinese sweat shop , quality of the goods is absolutely terrible, we pay $90 for something that costs 50c to make, and it took almost 3 months to receive my sign. I only bought because of all the positive reviews on their own site, which must be all quite fake, as my experience does not match theirs.
