If you receive something in error, it's just your tough luck. I did receive basically what I ordered, but the picture is not as shown in the offering -- colors are completely different and the woman in the advertised item even has on different clothes! Also the writing is in different colors than shown. I would never had ordered this if it was shown like the one I received -- colors are totally wrong for our home and I hate it!! Again, you have 10 days after receipt of the item to ask for any refund or exchange and I have spent a lot of time on this and there is NO WAY to contact them through the options that they give you. They are a chinese sweat shop , quality of the goods is absolutely terrible, we pay $90 for something that costs 50c to make, and it took almost 3 months to receive my sign.
