I have ordered and paid with Visa card an espresso machine on 07/04/2020 to Couratain.
Despite several reminders, I keep getting the same answer (because they answering me…) which tells that my order needs some time to process… bla bla bla… high season… and IF they send it out they will email to me a tracking link.
I really suspect now a scam.
Can you confirm and let me know what to do to try to get refunded ?

Hello,

I ordered, on 10-04-2020, an article on couratain-tomailme.com, bearing a serial number.
Despite many reminders, no response!

Be careful, it may be a scam !!
