Milumir located at milumir.com is a fake online store claiming to sell face masks or shields. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

We bought 10 masks from the Milumir site, back in March, and were beyond satisfied. It took a bit for them to get here (around 3 weeks, I believe), but the masks are great quality, come with 1 filter each, comfortable (as much as they can be), have stood up to being machine washed multiple times, and very effective. In fact, I'm about to order another set. With schools starting we need a set to wear while the first ones are in the wash. No, I do not work for this company - just the mom/wife of an immuno-compromised daughter and husband.
I am from Canada and I ordered 4 masks in May and then became worried that I had not researched the site and after checking I saw a number of sites claiming this site to be fraudulent. I initiated a claim with Paypal and they refunded my money last week and today the masks showed up. I don't know if they are counterfeit but they did arrive so I would call them legit. The masks had been delayed due to import restrictions placed by the government.
Ours took a bit to arrive, as well because of the overseas shipping. However, we've been using them late March-early April, and LOVE them.
I ordered 4 adult and 4 children's masks. The adult masks came the children's didn't.

I have been trying to locate a package sent by Milumar.com that was last tracked with an incomplete delivery address that got as far as my local USPS office. It was re-routed to an address in Brooklyn. Milimur phone number is FAKE. No replies from my emails.
I ordered some masks (4) from this Milumir website on April 22nd 2020. A few days later I received an email wit a tracking number staying the masks were shipped. A week later, I tracked it to see where the parcel was, only to get the message that the parcel was being sent back to the vendor due to the wrong address. Since I created an account while ordering, I logged in to see if I had made a mistake with my address, I did not! May 11th I sent them and email inquiring about my parcel, the response was that 'Dear, the parcel is being sent back to you and you will receive it within the next 5-7 days. I Have not received anything. I sent another email last week inquiring about the same order, unfortunately this time, I didn't even get a response. Been trying to reach them over the phone, nobody answers the phone. It is very sad to see that people are trying to make some money out of this bad situation where lives are being lost. May the $40 you store sustain you for the rest of your lives. An I hope the law gets caught up with them so they can spend the rest of their lives in jail because that's were they belong...Disappointed customer
They did the same thing to me. Sent it to wrong address and package is lost but they tell me it is my problem to find it- ridiculous
I owe this company a small apology. I finally received my four masks, after ordering on April 22, 2020. I had become frustrated after trying several attempts to contact through phone and email, with no response or return calls from their customer service. I began to think I was scammed and out of the money paid. I just said my loss this time. I did call my Paypal account, and decided not to follow through with my complaint. However, today 5/27, they came and I was quite pleased at the make and colors of each. However, I must say it takes patience when waiting, I had run out. I would strongly suggest to the company, that you respond to customer contacts and omit the advertising of expediency in shipping out orders. Possibly because of the current conditions,and mail delays, it would be considerate on your company's part to give customers correct information as to delay expectations, even though you may not have been responsible. This way they will be warned about delays. Also explain your tracking procedures. That was truly disappointing to see no tracking information on our orders, when I tried to track with the numbers provided. Customers YOU may doubt as I did, but maybe my comment will help with your patience. Mine DID finally get to me. Gloria from Indiana
These are losers and a scam. They didn't send a shipping tracking number until after I contacted PayPal. Took 1 month and they taunted me emails telling me "dear, have very patience, item on way. Can't refund." They appear to be in CA but are in China. Paypal wouldn't refund my money and called these losers a "Trusted Partner." So don't look for them to help. Do a charge back through bank. Even after I received the item and asked for a return label Milimur wrote, "HI dear,We are so sad to hear that.If you wanna return the parcel,you should send it to China.I think the shipping fee is too high.Looking forward to your replyThey do not respond to calls or emails until you contact Paypal. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"
I ordered 4 masks. Tracking did not work at first, I contacted their support email & this was enabled. USPS tracking was extremely detailed. The order arrived in 15 days - only one day late. Masks are GREAT!Good quality & price! Company has a support email contact & also a 1-800 #.NOT A SCAM!
