I ordered a camera from them but when I didn't get a notice saying they had received my order or that it was shipped I got concerned. I contacted them and they provided PayPal with a tracking number. The number when pulled up showed that my item was delivered on 4/110/20 I hadn't even places the order until 4/11/20. Thats when I knew I had been scammed. PayPal refuses to give my money back even after I told them to take a closer look at delivery time and order time. I'm fed up with both companies.

Immediately had buyers remorse after reading bad reviews about them. Emailed them requesting order confirmation and they replied through PayPal with a USPS tracking number that turned out to be bogus. Reported problem to PayPal. Matastore again replied that I needed to give shipping until April 14 to deliver. No vinegar yet but PayPal is good about refunding scams.

About 3 hours later I read an email only one of the orders had been confirmed. The email said the funds would be taken when the item was shipped. I tried going batons the website to see why only one item was ordered. I could not find the website. I went into my bank account and found funds were both removed for the two items I had ordered. I did find a lot of websites wanting me to pay for them to assist me in getting my money back. Fortunately, I called my bank and they are assisting me.
