WOW, same here ... ordered a bread proofing oven, received 3 cheap paper masks from China. Started a case with PayPal, they stated I had to return the shipment to China. I did, and provided PayPal with a tracking number. The 'merchant' simply refused delivery and as the shipment was officially 'not returned' PayPal sides with the merchant! :O I'm out the cost of the product $65 and the return shipment of $35. I'm obviously annoyed with the scammer Cruape, but also with PayPal's inability to recognize the scam and stand behind their customers.
I ordered an all clad pan from the site and about 6 weeks later I got six paper masks. What a scumbag. I filed a fraudulent transaction with my credit card company.
I also bought a pot (pressure cooker) from this scam outfit. It never arrived, but on 06/02/2020 I received a mystery package of three cheap face masks with no identifiable merchant identification through "China Post". The Chinese probably are laughing all the way to the bank because of us, gullible Westerners. Too bad. My opinion of the country and its people, despite all hopes to the contrary, are steadily going down the drain after experiences of this kind. When I tried rectifying the situation over email (their listed phone number did not work), they told me the item was on its way. Then, I never heard back from them. I, too, will be contacting PayPal and the Consumer Fraud agency (-ies).
I unfortunately didn't notice that the Ball water bath canning pot that I ordered was from a site ending with ".club" instead of ".com" - this site is a SCAM! They surely took my money on May 14th, then I received a suspicious small black package with two ziplock bags that had two N-95 facemasks in them from Shanghai, China with Chinese print on the labeling, a Michigan phone number, and a sending name of "su qing" which translated from Mandarin means "eliminate" or "to purge." I still have not received the canning pot, and I am now getting inundated with spam email. This seller, and this site are SCAMMERS! I've even seen other reviews online regarding this site "cruape.club" - not getting what they ordered, and instead getting - you guessed it! - a small package from China with face masks in it! - SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
same experience. ordered the canning set and got little black package with 5 medical masks in it. I ordered a new debit card and canceled the old one. that might help to protect me.
I ordered the same water bath canning system. I received 3 Covid masks. SCAM!
My neighbor and myself both ordered the same equipment from them May 8th and instead of shipping our order, they just sent a couple of masks via China Post as a substitute and naturally they kept the money. Will file claim and complaints with PayPal and government fraud reporting departments.Guess they found it amusing to send Americans masks, we probably should burn those too as they are probably contaminated.Buyers stay away from these crooks at Cruape Club. We checked around and did not find any negative info about them before we ordered, now it is finally appearing on the internet.
