Bank transaction went through as CHICV Hong Kong. Following an email conversation to return the clothing as it was too small. Livarose suggested purchasing other material to insert into the seams. The goods were returned to China after receiving a return label. (I had to pay for the return postage on top of the payment for the goods) This was sent by Royal Mail to be Tracked and signed for. Livarose never went to collect and sign for the items.
