2407261866 - I didn't answer it said possible scam. And, I don't know anyone from there

I a call on my cell phone from 1-240-488-8695
I knew right away it was a scam call
I don’t know anyone in the US let alone Maryland I didn’t answer

240-436-5857 - Hang up on answering machine...interesting part is, I just came through this area on Dec. 3rd when I missed my exit on the way home from a trip. The call is coming from IJamsville, MD. Shows up as a VOIP.
