USPS is still awaiting delivery a month later. Have sent numerous emails requesting an ETA. Just getting form letter response. Tired of waiting, have ordered elsewhere. One of the letters directed me to a tracking program which according to Norton is not a safe site to use. Asking for refund but have yet to receive a response. Very dissatisfied with their lack of customer support. P**S poor quality and they look NOTHING like the ads PLUS they're so small they wouldn't even fit my 12 yo grandson. I'd ask for a refund, but after my long -$$ ordeal it's just not worth the effort.
