Is Besttoolsi.com a Scam? Review of the Online Store

Something like that happened to me.. I ordered a bike on June 28 2020 and 3 moths later I haven't received nothing... Paypal is reviewing the case..

Another "same thing here story. Ordered a Worx wheelbarrow at a decent but not unbelievable price. 97.79$. Weeks later no package. Upon trying to contact them found site, number and email were no good. Disputed through PayPal and after several weeks they closed my case without any help. A fake tracking number was also suddenly given to PayPal. How did they get a hold of them. PayPal should wake up to this. Be careful.

I ordered an excersise bike from besttoolsI on June 26 and have not seen my bike yet.im sure I was ripped off.its an expenditure is a lesson for me I guess. To pay. Ore attention to who I'm ordering from

I ordered a bar b que grill from this site. I did not receive this. I file a complaint with pay pal and BestoolsI provided a UPS tracking number for a different address, same zip code. Package said it was sent from Amazon, I provided pay pal with the documentation from UPS showing it’s a fraudulent tracking number. PayPal absolved itself from any responsibilitiy because, even though I had proof of fraud, the tracking number showed a package was delivered. I let Amazon know that this site was using them for fraudulent activity. I’m going to have to take a loss.

I ordered & paid for a air compressor kit. They said 5/7 day shipping. It's been 45 days& no shipment received. No tracking, no help number that works. Completer fraud. I filed a claim with pay pal. So far nothing.

Same here. Ordered a fire pit 3 weeks ago. Website is a dead link. I can't even get ahold of paypal. Their help line takes me in circles and then disconnects me. Will call my bank tomorrow and dispute the charge.
