Same thing happened to me here in NairobI Kenya, have threatened to expose with PayPal wondering if I should waste my money in returning their wig to get my money back.

I bought a wig from them, very poor quality, they send me what I did not order.

Reading all of the post has assured me that I've been had. It's so sad that facebook and other sites allow this kind of thing to happen as this is no less than a criminal act and should be reported to the attorney general office of the united states. This company should be prosecuted.

The site is fraud. They stole my money and didn't have a number nor return address to get my money back. I have contacted the site and still nothin. Someone please help shut it down and find my money

I bought one wig and I don't receive it yet since November 5, until now!

I ordered 4 wig's and still haven't received my order yet I will never again wish is better than them

I also received two wigs that are nothing like what I ordered! The so called Return policy instructions advise to go to sales-super-try.com for return address which was not there. Which is just a email nothing more, as no one answers any of it. It is a scam, pure and simple! Lost $50. Will never see refund! The company is called Fibrinid.

I, too ordered three wigs and received three wigs within two weeks. I was thrilled only to quickly be disappointed. The wigs I received were nothing like what I ordered.

I sent several emails and someone actually responded telling me the wigs I received were for advertisement and that my order was still being processed. I was encouraged to be patient my order would be shipped shortly. I even received a tracking number only to find out that they considered the wigs I received and did not order WAS my order and so they stopped responding to my emails.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THE NAME IS FIBRINID! I'm out $72.

I'm trying to contact the company now for a refund and I can't even send them an email to the fake address they give.

I ordered a wig. It is not the one I ordered. I contacted the company for a refund. The response made no since what so ever. Did not even tell me how I could get a refund or anything.

I ordered wigs with number 30091 but havent got them yet. Will never order again.

I order a wig and what I received was a joke. It was the wrong color and style. The size of the wig was a joke, so small it would fit a child. I have emailed them. Why are companies like this allowed to sell products? I am so disappointed. Make them stop selling.

Super try dot com lets tells you all about what is going to happen next. Do not buy from them, you'll never see your products.

There are lots of sites in different names under the same phone number. I went on it to see if it was typical scam features and it was. I was alerted by the non-UK phone number and it had a UK warehouse address and I have seen this address several times.

I ordered two wigs that are nothing like I ordered! I received two black wigs instead of light colored Wigs! Return policy instructions advise to go to sales-super-try.com for return address which was not there. This appears to be a ripoff. I Would like a refund asap. I have not bought anything from SUPER-TRY.COM but I will tell you that they have another affiliated website called COLORLIFE.COM. COLORLIFE.COM is a full-fledged bait and switch operating company. COLORLIFE will not respond to your E-Mails. They pulled a fast one on me and as I found out this is how they do Business. Both companies base operation is in the UK, I believe they are credit card number trollers. The worst part is FaceBook is allowing this to happen because COLORLIFE.COM is a paying advertiser on FaceBook and you have no way to inform FaceBook about their BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS.

I ordered 3 wigs and they look nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed them for a address to return the product and for a return address. I have not heard fromm them. Nor can I find a return address.

Wigs were not what I ordered; very poor looking.

The wigs I ordered look NOTHING like the pictures you posted. Neither does it say that the wigs will be coming from China and not the United States or that this company is not in the United States.

I would like my money back please. The wigs are a very low quality. Some are minus the a clip which helps keeps the wig in place.


The wigs don't come with a receipt so it's requires LOTS of research to find the website to contact you. Please tell me the steps to returning the product to you.

I received my wigs that I had ordered from you,but was not satisfied with either one of the wigs.

They did not look anything like what I saw online. I fact they didn't even measure up to the picture online.
