Scamming - Fraud
I ordered 3 dresses, 1 was fine but the other 2 weren't. I paid £60 and wanted a refund! It took me 2 weeks to get a return ticket after I opened a dispute with PayPal. I got an email saying if I cancel my dispute they would reimburse me immediately, but 3 weeks later, no refund and they are not replying to my emails.

How do you stop them from sending emails? Unsubscribe does not work
Phone number is fake! So how do you get ahold of them?
Do not bother making purchases through Vencano.poor quality, the product looks nothing like the picture on the site.horrendous customer service and delivery takes longer than expected.
