I made the payment last June 10. Bought the 2 artisan stand electrical mixers for the price of 9.99 usd each. But they deducted my credit card for almost 100usd. Did not receive any mail for any confirmation, and no delivery or tracking number given.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. MAY THEY BE REPORTED so that their website will be shut down.

How will I be able to cancel my order to this site, they have the information of my credit card.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. Then, cancel the card you have used and get a new one.

5econds is a rip-off. Canceled an order 2 hours after I placed an order after seeing the same item for sale at half the cost. They ended up telling PayPal they sent items and it was delivered on such and such a date. I had a USPS TRACKING number that said it was delivered to my city, my zip code. It was never shipped to me. And PalPal closed my claim. Burnt me for just under $100.00 Do not, “DO NOT” Patronize this company!
