The email address member.service@disneyaccount.com is legitimate, but the scammers are spoofing the email address. This means, the scammers send the fake emails from their email addresses and change the "From" email address to make it appear as if it came from member.service@disneyaccount.com. If you have received an email from member.service@disneyaccount.com, hover over the link in it, and if it does not go to disneyaccount.com, thewaltdisneycompany.com, disneyworld.disney.go.com, or disney.com, it is more than likely the email is a scam.
