Ordered 6 pairs or Ariats, received a black scarf from China. After trying to get a refund they openly admitted that my order got “lost in transit”, their reply: “Thanks for photos. Your package was mixed up in transit center by the shipping company, the correct parcel has been lost. We intended to send again the original item, but they have been sold out in an off sale, will not be available again. In this case, here are two ways to end the issue.1. Keep the received item, we would issue the best 36% refund of the order value immediately. It is time-saving.2. Return back the received parcel, we would refund in full after receiving the returned parcel. This way will take a longer time.Which option do you prefer?”Instead of fixing the problem they want the item back AND for you to pay more out of pocket to simply get your refund.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE !!
I ordered on 7/11, shows delivered..... nothing received. What to do?
Same. Order says delivered. I’ve tried their customer service email... no response. Bad transaction
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
I had the same issue with this fraudulent company; tracking states that item was delivered a day before the item was actually purchased and the purchase was over $74 but it shows as an even number of $74. I filed a dispute for an unauthorized payment in my PayPal account.I also contacted Ariat (via Facebook) and my bank. Report them everywhere you can because they keep changing their domain name to avoid detection. The site I got caught in was “outletshops.shop”. BEWARE of this garbage posing as Ariat.
On July 11th I ordered a few pairs of Ariat work boots from this site, 7-29-20 today I received a pair of Oakley ( Im sure fake ) sunglasses.I called and cancelled transaction.
I was about to spend 200$ but before I went to check out I decided to look more into the site and I'm glad I did.
I tried to order a pair of boots from this website ordered them in July and was told that they were delivered in June which Is impossible. Consumer beware
I thought some thing was wrong, for they would not give me a tracking number; Nor could I get a copy of the final transaction on my order, just an order number. I used my credit card, so I have notified my card holder and they will deal with them. I thought is was to good to be true. I hope and pray they go after this horrible people.
Definitely fraudulent. They got me too. I noticed it immediately (1. delivered date was a day before I actually ordered product, 2. amount was an even $99...which I spent more than that. $99 must be an amount that doesn't trigger 'authorities')...and have been fighting with PayPal for 2 weeks to prove it.They denied my request because they provided a tracking number...but all they did was somehow create false/fake tracking information. They screwed up though because 1. it shows they set the shipment up a day before I even placed the order, and 2. my community is having to go to the post office to pick up our mail due to vandalism to our mailboxes. So all their delivery info is IMPOSSIBLE! I'm appealing PayPal denying my claim, and I just provided all sorts of proof to them that the delivery information the merchant provided is IMPOSSIBLE and it most definitely is fraud, I also told them they need to block this 'merchant' because they are using PayPal under false pretenses that it is a safe transaction.Hopefully that will put a damper on these thieves! It won't feel as 'safe' to purchase from them if they can't use PayPal...we shall see.
This is a scam! Tracking number shows delivered before I even purchased items. I'm reporting them everywhere I can think of!
I noticed the same things and tried to stop payment but PayPal as end CC companyJust don't care. File complaint with post office for false tracking numbers. Federal offense and start case with FBI to stop these theives.
I ordered this morning and then figured out it must be a scam. I started an account and now when I try to log in, it says no account found. I paid with Paypal and have tried several times to stop the payment and can't get someone to answer. Dumb dumb dumb on me.
Definitely a scam. The customer support email does not work. The shipping number shows an item delivered before it was ordered.
Scam, I ordered 5 things on July 6, 2020, and I received a email saying it was sent out on June 22, 2020.
Total scam. I ordered July second and the tracking said it was delivered May 18th. Can’t believe I fell for it
onlinespecial.buzzIs a scam. Do not purchase anything from this website.
Did you get your money back?
