THE LINK LASTED LESS THAN A DAY (now it's a 404 not found) AND WAS ASKING FOR CREDIT CARD INFO TO PAY RE-DELIVERY FEE OF $3 AND THE AMT IS JUST LOW ENOUGH THAT PEOPLE WOULD PAY .
( 📝 note: the real post office has never charged me redelivery fee )

I blocked the number and will delete the message.

“Hor, important notice regarding your USPS delivery 1A97L3 from 06/10/2020. Click: sf6r.info/58dx8uzgx9“

I deleted the text.

I got it today from 332-228-8240: "Jonathan, important notice about the USPS package 1K91S3 from 07/26/2020. Click: sb2n.info/ayBNIWiaom"

Statistically a good guess, but my name isn't Jonathan. Also, I didn't mail anything in July.
