I called my bank and they told me the charge came through stripe.com which is like Paypal. When I investigated with them they told me the charge was made by Kimberly J. Sochia LLC 481 N. Douglas Street Canby, Or 97013. Looking this up it turns out to be a real estate agent in Oregon. Phone number is 503-266-6861 and the link on the inquiry is to a gofundmepage. Not sure what is going on here but would avoid it altogether.
