The Monobox Gift Card Store called Shop ILJ located at shopilovejewelry.com or shopilj.com does not appear to be a scam. The link to their Facebook page is broken, but their Instagram page has been verified (blue tick or checkmark) and they have 161k followers.

The blue tick or checkmark, also known as Instagram verified sticker, in the image above, is use to recognize the account as the brand’s official profile. Instagram verification prevents impersonation, which is why it’s reserved for celebrities, global brands, and public figures.

It is a scam. I got an email saying I paid $30.23 to them through PayPal. I did not authorize any payments and I've never heard of that store. The email looked official and had a button that said if you didn't authorize or to cancel this transaction click here. Well I did and my phone told me that it was not a safe site to go into and to back out. I checked my bank account and PayPal account, there where no transactions in that amount and to monobox. So be careful out there.
I had the same problem I never was on the site to order a mono box for the same price you did and I'm trying to cancel and the phone number is shut off
