I fell for this scam. Am now disputing the charge with PayPal. The email that confirmed the purchase is business-mondowizard.com (domain is offline), and the company cited on the receipt is Ruide Trading Co. of China.
Why is FB allowing them to run ads? FB should be better at preventing fraud!,
