The Presentforchristmas scam text below is being sent by scammers. The aim of the scammers is to trick potential victims into clicking the link in it. The link redirects potential victims to, which is a fake Walmart website that claims visitors have just won a Apple iPad Pro from Walmart.

On visitors will be asked fill out their shipping information and click the 'Next’ button in order to receive their so-called prize. But, they will be asked for their credit card information to verify who they are.

If the requested credit card information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers who will use it fraudulently. Therefore, recipients of the Presentforchristmas scam text are asked to delete it and should not click the link in it.

    I just received I won a PS5 from Walmart! I've received Many such, won a iphone 13 max pro, Ipad and regularly get such "Daily"! All Walmart advertisements. I Don't have a Credit Card nor Debit Card at all.

    If any do Win anything Free, that's exactly What the Item will be, Free, no $1 up Shipping Charge. If You choose the "I will pick my Win up" choice, it would Give All Info to do such! So far this Scam shows it's a Scam😉. I've gotten Exact Same using Verizon and Windstream also! 12/13/21 Monday
