Is Guardingwalls a Scam? GuardingWalls.com Customer Review

I answer a survey on Guardingwalls.com and win a Samsung 4K TV and I was asked to pay the shipping cost only. I gave my credit card info and paid 3.97 shipping. But, I received a notice of an additional recurring order for $37.97 from Guardingwalls. I was tricked by this scam into a recurring payment that was not revealed and never received the TV.
