Mixed experiences with them. I have received product from them in the past. However they still have not resolved an issue from 2 years ago and they seem to be either a scam or highly inefficient.

Scam! Save your money. I ordered a product with multiple parts. One part came-the rest did not. I sent an email to their customer service and received no response and no parts. Could not reach them by other means. Resist temptation-know what you receive will not be what you think you'll get!

Pretty Little Deal Store is a scam. I ordered merchandise, a saw, I received the blades but no saw. I have tried contacting them 3 times but have gotten no response. I have also tried to contact them through their website, which I believe is fake also. I did online chat. The person I did the chat with said she is sure the service personnel could help me. So I stayed online to talk with the service man. You have to join an organization at a cost to talk to the service man. BEWARE DON'T ORDER FROM PRETTY LITTLE DEAL STORE!
