Is Marketrip a Scam? Online Trading Customer Review

I am still waiting to receive money from my Marketrip's account despite them emailing to confirm within five days. I have been chasing Marketrip located at www.marketrip.com for a long time and now they have blocked my email address because I keep getting failure return notifications. They have changed their website's address from a ".com" to ".co". I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback and reporting them to the FCA.
