Scammers are sending the NHS Omicron scam text below to potential victims with a link to the website: nhs-rapid-testkit .com. The aim of the NHS Omicron text scam, which claims the recipients have been in contact with someone who has Omicron, is to frighten and trick them into clicking the link. The link goes to a phishing website that steals personal and financial information.

On the phishing website, visitors will be asked to purchase a testing kit and will be asked for personal and financial information in order to do so. But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers behind the fake text, who will use it fraudulently.
