HitBTC Scam Email - Complete Sign-up Process

I have received the HitBTC "Signing up" email below but I did not start a registration process on their website. I want to know why I am getting this email which appears to be a scam. If anyone has any information about the HitBTC email below, please leave it in a comment below.
