If you are a scam I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the law. I want my money back ASAP! I WILL HAVE THE BANK GET IT BACK FOR ME ALSO. I'm a senior citizen and live on limited money, something will be DONE TO GET MY MONEY RETURNED TO ME!
I cannot access the website. I order a fridge 2 weeks ago, I think it is a scam and took my money, im also on a budget too
most credit cards will allow you to deny the charge. do it immediatly, there is a time limit. I ordered an a/c unit to test it. for $89, I would of bought several things from this site. the site failed the test. they gave me a tracking. it was for a small packet international shipping from china. somehow went to NY. then delivered in Hawaii. I live in Pa. and a small packet with the post office weighes no more 2 kilograms. last I checked a 10,000 btu weighes more than a couple lbs. I am not sure if they delay the shipping long enough so you can no longer deny it with your bank. and if you did a prepaid credit card, I think your screwed!

I better receive what I ordered or else want my money returned I will turn you into the Better Business Bureau as being scam and they will get my money back also.
I believe the co. is out of china. the BBB won't do any good. deny the charge at your bank a.s.a.p.
Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
The address printed on their website is 100 Wood Hollow Drive, Suite 100 Novato, CA 94945... the same office suite as Birkenstocks, who made it very clear to me when I called them, that Suite 100 is their address and that they have no affiliation with USgoodsSale.com at all!
