Presented in the picture as a sturdy, large yard decoration. What I got weighed less than 13 oz IN THE PACKAGING. The pole is small and flimsy, as is the spinner itself. The spinner was also damaged. Waiting to see what the return policy is, but as it came from China, I expect the shipping to be so astronomical as to be prohibitive to return it. Hence, I think I am stuck with a cheap item that was not so cheap to purchase. Beware ordering from this place. Communication is at their convenience and canceling wasn't even acknowledged even though I requested a cancel of this order within 15 minutes of ordering.
