Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Ordered a windspinner. I received a cheap, tiny, non-working piece of aluminum. Sent several e-mails requesting a refund, but I never received any response at all. Beware! Do not order from this company.

Took two months to get a 54.00 windspinner I expected to be a much larger yard decotation not a 12 " rinky dink toy. I also ordered what I thought was a solar fountain/ bionic bird for 9.99. What I got was a 99 cent cheap clip on bird.

Product took 2 months to get (it was a windspinner). Presented in the picture as a sturdy, large yard decoration. What I got weighed less than 13 oz IN THE PACKAGING. The pole is small and flimsy, as is the spinner itself. The spinner was also damaged. Waiting to see what the return policy is, but as it came from China, I expect the shipping to be so astronomical as to be prohibitive to return it. Hence, I think I am stuck with a cheap item that was not so cheap to purchase. Beware ordering from this place. Communication is at their convenience and canceling wasn't even acknowledged even though I requested a cancel of this order within 15 minutes of ordering.
