Scamming - Fraud
Hundreds of online users have allegedly reported being scammed by Chakrayama at chakrayama.com. Online users claim Chakrayama advertise on Facebook as Crystal Shop, claiming they are going out of business and they need to get rid of their inventory of crystal pendant necklaces so they are giving them away for free with a few dollars for shipping only.
But, online users who said they took the offer, said they were charged for the shipping and received fake crystal necklaces. Then a week or more after, they were hit with unauthorized charges on the same credit card they used to pay shipping for the free items. Some reported seeing large amounts of money be taken from their cards and have open disputes with their banks to have the money refunded.

Fake fake fake. It tool several weeks to get my fake pendant. I contacted Ashley Sky from customer service. She told me they were sending a new one. This happened 4 times. They all arrived in the same package. They should have been sent out 1 at a time. Hmmm red flag. So I checked the pendant and its made of stained glass not gemstones as advertised. Lickily they didnt get me for any more money. I am able to turn my card off and on as desired to avoid such problems. All I can say is karma is gonna get them. Shame shame shame on them.
You billed me for necklesses & a bracelet.Fine, then a $120.00 for what?? I sure no I didn't order anything else. So you owe me that $120 back!

I ordered the crystals... they're plastic. And now there are random charges on my account. I just emailed them now but obviously I'm going to need to call my bank. Wild this can happen now.
