The fake NHS Omicron text message below is a scam. The fake text, which claims recipients have been in contact with someone who has the Omicron variant and they must order a free PCR testing kit at mypcr-test.com, is being sent by scammers.

The domain mypcr-test.com was registered or created today and it's Whois information shows it is not associated with the government. Also, it is now being redirected to the NHS' website, which means the scam has been discovered and taken down.
