US Bank Alert Text Scam - Beware of Fraudulent Messages

Scammers are sending out US Bank alert text scams to potential victims saying there is a problem with the their online accounts. The scam texts contain a phishing link that goes to a fake US Bank website where they will be asked to sign in. But, any attempt to do so will result in the potential victims' information be sent to the scammers who will use it fraudulently.

If you have received texts or calls that appear to have been sent or made from your bank, call them directly using the telephone number as the back of your card and from their legitimate website, and ask them to verify.
