Customylove located at customylove.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell clothing, home decor, and jewelery. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Online users who have shopped at the fake store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions cancelled and money refunded.

They keep dancing around giving me a USPS tracking number and keep giving me a tracking number that is invalid, over and over. The post office told me it is likely a scam and they are dragging it out until your bank can’t dispute anymore. So I disputed that second s d started hounding them even more
It’s a complete scam. I was ghosted and when I finally threatened to run a charge back through. Y bank, they sent me a tracking number.The order made it to the United States, but has now started going the wrong direction. I have no clue if it’s ever going to even make it here.

Worse sizing chart ever. My boyfriend wears a 2X, so that's what I bought. It was SOOOOO small. I wear an XS, and it was just a little roomy on me. Of course, when I tried to return it, they said to check the sizing chart. Of course, this sizing chart was located on the sales page below the Place Order button, so I didn't look at it before ordering. Their sizes are WAY OFF! Do NOT buy through this company.
This is exact same thing happened to me. I as wellOrdered a 2XL and received what looked like a small medium. I have been emailing back and forth and they refuse to fix what they messed up. Informed I used the size chart they provided as instructed. I sent pictures of an actual 2XL with measurements along side what I received. I was offered 10-30% off next purchase. When I refused and wanted a refund entirely or product fixed I was then asked if I wanted 10-30% refund. When I asked for corporate information I have now been ghosted and no more emails back to help me. I will never buy from this company again as they will not fix issues they create or attempt to make the customer happy.
