Why Reasons Established Titles is Misleading

  • They are not actually selling land. It's a souvenir plot so, you don't have a real right of ownership and cannot be registered it in Scotland's Land Register.
  • Ownership of a souvenir plot is not sufficient to be granted peerage
  • They don't plant trees. They 'donate' to the third party "ONETREEPLANTED" to plant trees, where they don't disclose any evidence of donating money.
  • You are just paying for a piece of paper.
