I bought a few dresses from Aljok located at www.aljok.com and they are of really poor quality. The threading was bad, and the sleeves are looser than the other. I’ve been trying to return the dresses, but Aljok keeps giving me the runaround. I was led to believe I could easily rerun if I wanted to. Not the case! I am in the process of trying to return them because the quality is absolutely awful! Very cheaply made. Not even close to the illusion on the model.

Cannot return. Merchandise without jumping through loops. Will not send my credit card to them again. Not a good company to do business with. Will not get my business again. Should make it easier to return . Bummer!!!
They don't send a return form in the package. Then you find that you can't get ahold of them to return. They are a total scam. MK Bend OR
Total scam. Spent 112$ and got 30$ back when two of three items did not fit. They were not according to the size charts and they said to keep the items and would not give me my money back.
I also wanted to return several items. I purchased 5 shirts, two were the same, different patterns. They were cute, but only one of those fit and one was too small. The others did not fit. I was told that they were made according to the size chart on the website. Hmmmm, no they are not! Initially I was offered $20 for a $190 purchase, I refused and offered them a terrible review. They then wrote back with a higher refund, still way under my purchase price, they also asked me to keep the product(no good to me) or return at my cost. Wanting something back, I agreed. Yesterday I sent another message asking where my refund was...this time I was told: "Dear customer, we didn't say that. this is the first time we receive your email." This was the first and last time that I order from an unknown store. I was desperate for short sleeved shirts and did not do my research. Never again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolutely a scam. They claim items are manufactured and shipped from the U.S., but they clearly are not. I received three items, two of which are itchy and I cannot wear, however in violation of federal law the garments DO NOT LIST the fiber content, country of manufacture, anything. "Federal law requires that most textile and wool products have a label that lists the fiber content, the country of origin, and the identity of the manufacturer or another business responsible for marketing or handling the product." Broken English responses sent late night offering small amounts as compensation instead of the full price paid, and "Our return address is in Dubai, it’s not worth to return for you."
I have been trying to return several items that were WAY to large (despite following their size guide), and I am getting the runaround and late-night emails from customer service agents that don't have a good grasp of communication in English. So frustrating. Big mistake shopping here.

SCAM!! Stay away from aljok.comI have the same experience as the previous review. They wont send a return label. Their website is a fraud. The clothing is of horrible quality. They dont have any tags on them except for size. I recieved this email from aljok customer service...or you can return the clothes to us and we will give you a full refund.No 47 107 Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE 852 81990571. This is the only return address. Please send the shipping label to us once the package is sent, we will refund when we receive it. But you need to pay the freight of return, there is no prepaid return label and we don't refund the freight.SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!
Yeah I wanted to return also , sweaters were a poor fit and they emailed me that they could refund me $14 on an 84$ purchase and to just keep the sweaters! What in the world?
