Placed an order and paid via PayPal which is their preferred method of payment. However, unlike other legitimate companies, I didn't receive an email confirmation of the transaction nor a notice of the shipment. Several days went by and I sent them an email...nothing in response. Then sent another email accusing them of being a scam.This time someone wrote back and said, "they had checked and had not received any payment". I emailed them with a copy of the PayPal confirmation of payment. They responded by simply saying, "they received nothing and accept MC or Visa" like I was going to pay them again. Then I went back to their website where you can check on the progress of your "shipment". I entered my email address and hit return. I got a reply that "my shipment was still be processed which is normal and would be completed in 3-5 days". Really? So then I went back and entered a completely bogus email address and hit return, and got the same exact reply. Fortunately, my PayPal account draws from my Visa card.Trying to dispute a PayPal charge is daunting at best. The last time I did one through PayPal it took 3 months to resolve. So I called my Visa company who took a report on the phone and immediately refunded my money while I was still on the call. A few days later, I got an email from PayPal acknowledging I had disputed the charges but since I had gone through my credit card company, they couldn't do anything else.
