Erawanbikes or Erawan Bikes Scam Text From PayPal - Account has been Limited

Scammers are sending the Erawanbikes PayPal text message scam below to potential victims. The Erawan Bikes scam text, which claims the recipients' PayPal account has been limited, was sent from email accounts set up by scammers and not from the legitimate service@cs.paypal.com PayPal email account. What the scammers did was to spoof the email address the scam was sent from to make it seems as if it came from PayPal.
