Scammers are sending scam texts from 8666759795 to potential victims, or asking them to call the same telephone number. Therefore, recipients of text messages from 866-675-9795 or text messages asking them to call the telephone number, are asked not to follow the instructions in it. If you get a text message that appears to be from your bank, instead of following the instructions in it, contact your bank directly to verify the authenticity of the text.

Just received a text from this number claiming to be my bank.
Just received the same text about VISA card being temporarily blocked - that's weird since I don't have a VISA card! Blocked number.
Rec'd one today and figured it was a scam. It states it's from bank-mobile-alert-920 and to call 1-866-675-9795 now that my visa card has been temp disabled.
I have also gotten this same scam text message today.

I just received the same text. I blocked it but I got a second one. They never give up.
I got the text. I called and it said that my Visa debit card was locked and to unlock it I was to , as I recall, text "yes" to unlock. I don't have that kind of card and did not send that text. As it so happened, this morning I had stopped payment of an online subscription for a service I only used once and only intended to use the one time last month. I had not realized I may have signed up for a monthly subscription. I have asked for a refund. PayPal has stopped the use of the credit card. At first I thought the text was a follow up on this situation.

Yep that is like the one I recieved just now.
Just rec'd one referencing VISA. Had one a couple of days ago about a card we've never had. Spouse has had several over the past 2 or 3 weeks. Ignored & deleted all of them.
Same as other comments - got cryptic message about Visa card blocked with this phone number to call. Deleted it.
Got a message today saying to call this number bc my visa had been locked and payment declined. Definitely looked suspicious, deleted and blocked.
