Trace Notify Scam TraceNotify COVID Text Linked to .com

The Trace Notify scam text message below is just one of many being sent to potential victims by scammers asking them to click a link that goes to the fake NHS website: .com. The Trace Notify text scams falsely claim the recipients have been in contact with a confirmed case of the latest variant and ask them to click a link to order a test kit via a fake and phishing NHS website.

The fake Trace Notification website will ask visitors to enter their personal and financial information to purchase a test kit.

NHS omicron scam website - .com

But, if the requested information is submitted, it will be sent to the scammers, who will use it fraudulently.

Therefore, if you have been tricked into disclosing your financial information by the Tracenotify scam text, please contact your bank for help.

    I received this text this morning at 6:26, it was word for word the same as described. I also googled TraceNotify and saw it was a scam, people beware!
