Is the Burger King Email Receipt a Spam or Scam?

The "Burger King Receipt" email below, which states "Thanks for ordering from Burger King! Your order will be ready to be picked up at Burger King," does not appear to be a scam or spam. Some online users said they have contacted BK about the online order and they said the email was sent in error caused by a system glitch and they were not charged. Burger King has not made any public statement about the online order receipt email. And, the email does not seem to be malicious, so I do not think they were hacked.
