The fake text with a link to "linktfsve cc" below, which claims the recipients' records are overdue, is a scam. The aim of the scam text is to trick potential victims into clicking the link in it. The link goes to a phishing website that steals account credentials, personal or financial information, which will be used fraudulently by scammers.
