Hi, I bought some building tools from them four months ago and they never arrived. Molly Smith answered during the first 2 months to "help" me get my tools but it just did not happen. Then, they said they were giving me coupons to buy in other websites as a way to compansate for the problem. They offered:

1. www.jerseysale.info
2. www.brandssneaker.com
3. www.mallcen.com
4. www.lvsave.com

I could not even access some of them! And anyway, why do I want to buy more from these people if they are not giving me what I already bought? So I asked for the refund and this person said they could do it but would deduce some money because they paid for a large amount of transportation and customs costs. They asked for the bank details and then stopped replying. I am afraid I lost my money.
