I too was charged 24.97 a month for over a year. Their ugly little head popped up again on 9-30-23. I was notified by my Bank they were back at it again. Hence, bank canceled my bank card. This has been happening for over two years. My bank manager finally got a block on them about a year ago. At the time the manager told me the Company had actually gone through VISA to get to my account. Personally, It would not surprise me to find out this company has someone(s) at VISA assisting them, OR, they have HACKED into VISA. Either way, NO GOOD.

This Scam company has been charging my account $25.00 for a year before my bank noticed. This company is fraudulent & needs to be shut down. I dont see a point in calling them & getting upset. Now I have to go to my bank. Cant someone start one of these lawsuits like they show on tv where everyone can file their complaint & company has to pay out millions?!

This company is a scam watch out everyone don't order anything from them. After they charge you money they say they sent you emails to cancel but if you check you never got emails from them besides being a scam they can lie great.

This back sock sleeve is a thieves company, I bought it once but he took our money for 3 months with the same amount of money, and we didn't receive the goods either. The authorities should close this company because it harms people. Goods can be returned but money can only be returned 50%, where do people trade like this? This is a thieves company, a fraud.

It took me a year before I noticed that this company had been charging me $24.97 per month for the last 12 months. My credit card is presently disputing the charges. I did cancel the unmentioned "membership" within the 14 day period. However when I called the company, they immediately refunded my "membership" charge for the month of July 2023. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Yes they deducted two months fees at 37.00 each
And claimed I authorized it. When I asked for proof they couldn't comply.

Yes, they ARE a scam. I was able to get my $$ refunded by calling 877 877 1922, their #, & insisting my money be returned or I was going to the FCC & BBB, as well as alerting all Social media sites. They processed my return within the hour. My bank is showing the return is pending

Because they took $37.57 out of my account after I canceled and now they are saying they don't have any record of that money being taken out of my account and I have it right here on my bank statement where they took it out, so the guy just hung up on me. I don't know what else to do now keep calling them I reckon. Just wanted to let people know they are SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

I was also scammed by the sock company after buying so called “free” pair of socks just pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Have had several debits to acct of $24.95. Looks like they raised the price in 2023 to $36
I called these people and when I wanted a refund she said “did you read the terms?” I said I never said I would join their club and asked for a supervisor, she said there wasn’t one and she’s not refunding me and promptly hung up on me. Tried several times to call back but kept getting disconnected so I used another phone and same woman w/accent answered. I told her not to hang up and she said I am already blacklisted and blocked. Called bank and received a dispute #. They said anything over 60 days May not be refunded. I also had to get new card to stop it. Now if you go back to the sock page and scroll all the way down a long page after the comments there is a button “terms and conditions. It says that no matter what you buy, you will be charged the membership fee. NICE HUH? BEWARE of these scams as it’s happening all over the internet. Always read the terms and conditions b4 buying. I am also on a fixed income and every penny counts.
Please don’t be afraid to shout out and tell other people online. Maybe one day the government will put a stop to these scammers and shut them down for good!

Omg this is exactly what happened to me for believing in their sh*tty socks that sucked I have been getting charged 37.57 since March!! I talked to lady today and ahe said the same, I should have read the terms...b******s!!

They have taken $34.96 out of my April statement but they did refund that one back but then they took out $37.57 and have not refunded this amount back to my account yet then today I chatted with Ellen and told her everything that was going on she was transferring me to an attorney but you had to put your debit card info in and they charge $5 to speak to one of them I don't think I should have to pay to talk to someone on a matter that this company has created hope I get my money back but.....,...

I kept seeing a charge of $37.57 on my bank account from backsocksleeve. I bought a knee brace earlier this year but they keep charging my account. Had my bank stop any future charges to this company. They are a SCAM! working on reporting them to the FL State AG's office.

I ordered a knee brace from them or someone and apparently in the tiny writing it's there saying about a membership. If it sounds to good it is. Run the away from these people. Save yourself a lot of heartache.

This company is a SCAM!! Below is my email to them regarding charging me for a VIP Membership that I did not agree to.

I want to make it clear that I never consented to being enrolled in any VIP membership. After thoroughly reviewing all the emails I received from this company and Derek Jenkins, I can confirm that none of them mentioned anything about a subscription. There was not a single email that indicated the presence of a subscription. Upon examining the attachment you provided regarding the signup page, I noticed that the information about the subscription was only visible if someone clicked on "subscription details." This tactic is quite deceptive and appears to be a method of dishonestly taking money from individuals like myself. There was no mention of a subscription in any email or on the signup page unless "subscription details" was clicked.
Furthermore, I visited your website TODAY and attempted to place a fictitious order to determine if the subscription was mentioned during the checkout process. What I discovered is that the subscription is NOT displayed unless one scrolls to the very bottom of the page, past the "What Our Customers Say" section. It appears after "Yes! Send Me My Sock!" option, so if a person clicks on that to proceed/complete the order without scrolling to the bottom of the page the person is completely unaware of the subscription. Consequently, individuals who do not scroll to the end of the page remain uninformed about the existence of the subscription. This practice is highly dishonest and extremely deceptive and clearly demonstrates your unscrupulous/unethical conduct.

I request an "IMMEDIATE" refund of both charges made on April 30th and May 30th to my credit card. I would also like to inform you that if the charges are not reimbursed IMMEDIATELY, I will post a highly negative review on every social media platform and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will continue to make daily posts until my money is refunded.

I want to reiterate that none of the emails sent by Derek Jenkins ever mentioned a monthly subscription charge of $37.57.

I also ordered a pair of small socks received L/XL when I called I was told they only send L/Xl. No exchange no refund. But 3 days later I had 3 fraudulent charges
on my credit card. I was told to donate the socks.

I also order from this company. It was supposed to cost me $6.95 but they Charged me $37.57. This company is very much. Scam and liars. Reporting them to the BBB if possible. Don’t order anything from them. Plus the merchandise is trash. Started falling apart almost instantly. The Velcro that was supposed to hold the straps is on the wrong side
