Is National Tax Advisory Services LLC Legit or a Scam?

I keep receiving the National Tax Advisory Services LLC call below and want to know if it is a scam or not. The calls are from telephone numbers: 831-204-4718, 864-402-1253 and 312-638-0011. Is anyone receiving the same call and does anyone know if it is a scam or not?

Hello. You've reached the desk of Karen Hollies with national tax Advisory, LLC, plus BBB rated company. We were trying to reach you regarding the new zero tax owed debt relief program that is now open for enrollment.

Our records show you may still have have some open tax debt and the new Zero tax owned debt relief program will allow you to eliminate this debt given it will be deemed temporarily non collectible. However, you must elect during the current open enrollment.

If you have tax debt and would like to enroll in the program pleased, please press one. If you have no tax debt or are simply not interested, please press two to be removed from our list. Thanks and have a good day.

    Same call from the "national tax advisory services LLC". As I have no tax debt, the caller "Jess" implies that hardship tax. Clearly a scam, not calling back. Callback number is 858-341-0749, however the call was from 803-573-9271.

    Clearly a scam. I spammed them back and called their number multiple times at 619-393-3646 with no caller id courtesy of google voice. They got so mad and irritated that I was calling them. Funny AF!

    Scammers deserve to be harassed. Give them a taste of their own medicine.

    Same call from 339 220 6564, "Jessica". Callback number was number was 831 204 4718. Not calling back as I have NO tax debt. Suspect a scam.

    I got the same call - caller ID showed 516-407-1225, but Jessica's call back number was 680-209-1508 and same msg verbatim, probably a recorded msg. I'm am not calling her back

      I've been getting the same call! She gives her name as Jessica. Phone number she's calling from is 831-274-4718! Definitely a scam! BEWARE!

    I received this:

    “Hey there I am must've missed you it's Jessica over at him national tax advisory services LLC I tried the last week as well and this is a follow up notification regarding the new zero tax program that is now open for you and it looks like you possibly have some past money that's due which we can squash with this new deal basically it becomes noncollectible but him you must elect to enroll this month so um give me a shout back at 619-393-3646 again just from cc at 619-393-3646 thank you and talk to you later today…”

    Definitely a scam - call back number was 619-393-3646.

    Got a call from a (240) number that was auto-blocked as a scam, the voicemail left was to 619-393-3646. It was about the "zero tax program" and that I may owe "some money" that they can help with - I don't. I have no tax issues whatsoever, definitely a scam.
