The domain name customercare-vip.com is associated with a lot of fake online stores. Therefore, online users are advised to stay away from fake online stores associated with customercare-vip.com, or else they run the risk of their credit card information getting stolen and used fraudulently. They also run the risk of receiving counterfeit or knockoff goods.
Online users who have used their credit cards on websites associated with customercare-vip.com are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on a fraudulent website. Their banks should investigate, cancel the transactions and refund their money.

I did this on a fake books-clearance site that posed as books2door. I keep getting links to them for tracking then said a refund after I reported them but I won't click the link.the ad came from facebook
I've been a victim of this scam regarding a purchase of active wear from a fake Gymshark online store. After several emails back and forth with this fake store, they offered to refund 30% of the purchase. I'm now working with my bank to investigate and hopefully I'll get a refund.
