    Hello.

    Unfortunately, I purchased goods from the website.I received them and of course, they are copies. Therefore I contacted them to ask the procedure to send them back and be reimbursed. First, they asked me why I wanted to send them back and the pictures of the items. I'm still waiting for a reply. I have already changed my credit card but I would like to have my money back. Can you advise what I could do?

    I ordered a purse and 3 pairs of sunglasses off this site November 27th,
    I still have not received my items. I contacted them and they did reply showing that the items were received in San Francisco’ on December 10th. It’s is now the 20th and I still have not received my order. How long should I wait before notifying my bank?
