My wife purchased two items amounting to $299. Kitchenew charged $416 to her credit card. She didn't check and when the merchandise did not arrive she begun calling and no response.
These scammers ruined her Christmas.

They are thieves. they take double amount of money from your card and if you're lucky go fast to your bank and cancel the transaction and the card.

I already did this mistake and I lose 149 Euro. I never trust to this kind of advertising any more.

I was duped too, paid for a coffee machine which has not arrived. Phoned the number(Huddersfield) and was kept on hold till I hung up.

I saw a BlackFriday sale on Facebook for this company and purchased a set of pots. I also received Internet Payment Transaction. I logged onto the website and did a forgot password. I was sent a new password and able to log in and see the status of the item purchased, a few days later I tried again and unable to reach this website again, sent an email to mraacservice-gmail.com, however, no response. Worried my card details have now been compromised. :(

Well, we bought various items from this site on November 25th, even received an email called... INTERNET PAYMENT TRANSACTION. I've tried their website since, and it's pretty much dead, but still up a bit. We've been trying to get monies back but looks pretty slim for that :*(.

Unfortunately, I spent $250 USD on the site... And yes nothing been delivered :

I keep posting this site's link to their FB post to aware others and they keep deleting my comment.

Tell your bank the website that you have used your credit card on is being operated by cybercriminals who are stealing people's credit card information and using it fraudulently. And, the cybercriminal will continue to charge your credit card until your bank does something about it.

Contact your bank and ask them to cancel the fraudulent transactions and refund your money. Also, ask them to cancel the same card and get a new one to prevent the scammers from continuously charging it.

I was also a victim of this scam website however I did not use my credit card instead my Debit Card. I have yet to see if my debit card is deducted.

I decided to inquire about my order today after receiving the email below. enkitchen.com came up with a suggested page on Facebook. I decided to first track my order via the link provided and a "URL not found" message just came up. So googled it an came across this page where the site is marked for the alert. I guess I got caught for a huge amount of money!

They are cybercriminals operating in countries where it hard to find and prosecute them.

I bought a coffee machine for £110.84 and they took away £205.71. I am not sure if I get the coffee machine. Very unlikely that I will.

I had the same problem with this page. I was supposed to pay 100 euro and they took me 250 euro from my visa. I don't know even whether I will receive the goods I ordered or not.

I was scammed on 23rd November on the site. I was to pay USD$139 and they took double payment( twice debited) and the PES detailsare as under
